Yes, we definitely love to blog. All day today I felt like writing more than just  few lines in this post.

I was thinking: you definitely didn’t notice SligoTV is giving away 6 (SIX) FREE passes to Toffs niteclub and 2 (TWO) tickets to the cinema this week.

I would not waste my time on anything and rush to send an email to updates@sligotv.ie.

I was going to tell you about the winner of the East 17 tickets. You know that they came with more than a free entrance? They were bringing you and your friend to the VIP room in Clarence where you could hang around with the band. I met the band, very friendly and funny. You noticed that already from the interview.

So, the winner, Holly, unfortunately got sick and could not come up. Instead, we rang her. And guess who was she talking to on the phone? Exactly, East 17. She told us she was not able to come so we said, well it will be a good idea to put her on the phone with Brian from East 17. She chatted with all band members so I guess we made her as happy as we could.

Did I mention that we give away 6 free passes to Toffs this week? Oh, and did I also say anything about the 2 tickets for the cinema?

Thursday night we met some East 17 fans in The Clarence just before their performance. We stopped and asked few of them while they were still sober. (well, most of them) We had good craic when one of them sang a very known song of East 17 for SligoTV.
